Dr. David Stine
Dr. David Stine is a visionary leader, strategist, and consultant dedicated to helping non-profit organizations maximize their donor development programs and leadership potential. As the President and Founder of Advance Partners, he and his seasoned team of experts specialize in designing and optimizing fundraising campaigns, building robust advancement programs, and supporting leaders and donor development teams through executive coaching.
With a distinguished career in non-profit leadership, Dr. Stine has held key executive roles, including serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Bethel Media, the business and media arm of Bethel Church in Redding, CA. Under his leadership, he spearheaded an Advancement Program and Department that is on track to successfully execute a $100 million capital campaign, reinforcing his expertise in high-impact fundraising and strategic development.
Before his tenure at Bethel Media, Dr. Stine was the founding pastor of Metro Church in Washington, D.C., where he spent over a decade growing the church to 6,000 members across three campuses. His ability to cultivate thriving organizations extended beyond the pulpit, as he became a sought-after consultant in fundraising strategy and organizational leadership.
Dr. Stine holds Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Practical Theology and Leadership and is a published author. His works include Hearing from God and The Whole Life (Simon & Schuster), with his latest book, The Way of the Ox, soon to be released through Whitaker House.
A dynamic speaker, mentor, and strategist, Dr. Stine is passionate about equipping leaders with the tools they need to transform vision into reality. He and his wife, Taryn, reside in Austin, Texas, where they are raising their four children.
